I haven’t been posting not because I haven’t been working out but because ive gotten hurt. And the pain is been too unbearable and distracting but I’ve decided enough is enough I’m goin to transfer this pain as my drive. My drive to do better and be better. The next time you see me I will be what I am and more… Maybe then you’ll realize what missed out on. and I will not hate you nor rub it in your face but I will thank you because you are the reason I am goin to be a better version of myself. Cheers to all those who hurt us and made us work harder to get better!

Brunch 1:15 - egg sandwich (310 cal)
Lunch/snack 4:00 - 1 slice of ham and soup noodles (420 cal)
Dinner 9:00 -sweet potato fries, nachos and coke ): (A LOT OF  CALS)

Had a cheat day.. went out with friends for UFC fight

Total cal consumed: too many cals
Total cal burned: no workout again still sick ):
Total water consumed: 1 L
 

Improvement:
There is definately alot of space for improvement for tomorrow.
1st: WORKOUT !! there are no sick day!
Planning to run 30 min tomorrow and a WOD
2nd: No more cheating with my eating
3rd: more water at least 2 L
4th: Keep a concious mind to eat between the 8 hours.

12:30 - Workout:

Warm up then
4 rounds of:
- 3 reps of toes to bar
- 6 reps of front squat @ 65lb
- 9 reps of  dumbbell swings@ 35lbs
- 12 reps of over head walking lunges with 25lb plate
- 15 weighted v-sits

lunch 3:00 – Homemade chicken shawarma (610cal)

snack 7:15 – half a banana and 6 strawberries (110 cal)

dinner 9:00 – 16 pretzels and 2/3 bowl of oatmeal crisp (410 cal)

didn’t have much of a dinner because wasn’t feeling well…
                  

Total cal consumed: 1130 cal
Total cal burned: not sure since it’s a WOD
Total water consumed: 1.5 L

and weighed myself friday morning 141lbs, down 2lbs from 143lbs

  • Thinking about starting c25k not necessary with the intention of running 5k as the ultimate goal but I want to better my cardio endurance... Any thoughts? Or alternate program suggestions?

Hockey game is on tonight… normal routine would be staying in with chips and cookies or going out for burgers or wing with a side of beer but today it went like this…

My boy: what do you want to eat while watching the game?
Me: I packed dinner
My boy: *chuckles* why?
Me: because I need to get back on track with my eating

I might have disappointed him but i made myself proud (:
It might seem like something small but acknowledging the small steps and action you take will make the greatest difference towards the end result!

I know a good amount of sleep is crucial element in weight loss
But the stress from school is keeping me up (and maybe the 2hr nap i had after class)
Since I forgot to log my day today what better time to do it than 4 in the morning…

Day 1- Jan 30th 2013

11:00- Timmies chicken snack wrap with extra lettuce (200cal)
12:00- Dannon pomegranate berry yogurt drink (80 cal)
1:20pm-finished first 500ml of water
3:00pm-cup of couscous salad with cherry tomatoes
            red onions yellow bell peppers and light feta (400 cal)
3:30pm-2/3 cup of almond crisp (210 cal)
4:00pm-finished 2nd 500ml of water
8:00pm-had 6 steamed pork and bokchoy dumplings (420 cal)
(later dinner cause I had a 2 hr nap )
9:00pm-finished last 500ml of water

Total cal consumed: 1310 cal
Total cal burned: 0 cal (took a nap and cleaned room instead :/)
Total water consumed: 1.5 L

Improvements for tomorrow:
- more water at least 2L
- need to go workout!!!
- eat between the 8 hrs
- more protein and high fiber veggies

In the past few months a lot has happened I’ve falling back so hard. While busy dealing with school, work and personal life I have neglected my body. I stopped working out, eating healthy and even introduced new and negative substances to my body… The resulted in me not only gaining 20lbs bringing me from 130lbs to 150lbs I have also lost my strength and drive. But enough is enough its time to hop back on the wagon of clean eating, working out and lots and lots of water! I will need the help of the tumblr community to get me though this. My goal is to get down to 125lbs in the next 4 months and to reach a certain fitness level (which is yet to be determined) I will keep a workout and food journal. Wish me luck and cheers
